The Law of Attraction is still God

😏Yep, you read that right.

Two years ago when my husband & I sold our first home🏡, I had already known of the Law of Attraction but had never applied it to such a "big" event in my life. My husband and I, had/still have dreams about the lifestyle we know is right for our family and every descison has been made with that in mind.

Here it goes, we decided to sell our house, pay off debt, and move into my parents, essentially starting fresh. Before we had even spoken with a realtor, I had conversed with a woman I met online about property investments. We both had a desire to acquire a rental property to start earning passive income. This woman had done practically what we wanted to do, sell their first home which for both parties was a fixer upper and make a profit to invest further.  We will call her Ellie🤷‍♀️. In conversation with her I had a thought to ask her if she knew of the law of attraction (LOA), Ellie expressed she did. From there is where she told me LOA is how she sold her house for the price she wanted!  She wrote it down and thank'd God, The Creator, The Universe whomever and believed it would happen. I hadn't thought to use this technique on this situation, I was so excited. The hubs & I sat down and discussed what would be the best number for us. We ended up with $215k. Writing it down I ended up with something to the extent of "Our house sold for $215K!! Thank you, I love you, Erin". Time passed, can't tell you how long maybe a week? We spoke with one realtor who said she wouldn't put up our house past $175k but I knew that I could get more.  We reached out to a broker this time and he had initially suggested we list the price at $209.9K which I countered with $215k first and then see 👀🤭. This man was not amused about the fact I put my two cents in, but he agreed....well he said how about $214.9k, we said that'll work😅.  Now I can tell you a month went by with no one interested in our house, lots of showings but no offers. The realtor expressed people mentioning that there were too many ugrades needed for the price. Although those comments were made what the realtor DIDN'T do was suggest moving the price down in fact he said with this market (2020) we can wait. Another month went by, I was getting a bit nervous as I was pregnant with our second child and was also transitioning to a stay at home mother.  We got the call that we had in an offer for $211k about two months in.   We actually declined 🤪 and decided to go through with our next showing which was the following day because they had pre-approved funding. The people who originally put in the offer made a counter and guess what? They countered with the asking price of $214.9K!🙏

Here is my point for sharing this experience
1️⃣- Manifestation can be used in all areas of your life

2️⃣- Writing your desires down & thanking God has been a very effective tool for me

3️⃣- I believed we could sell the house for that even though the first realtor we reached out to said otherwise

Hope this has been an encouraging story for someone out there🖤

Erin
